The late Philip D. Weiss continued that tradition as president of the Montgomery Bar Association and member of the House of Delegates of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. He served as president of the Montgomery County Pennsylvania Emergency Services Hospital and Estate Planning Council. He was also a member of the Board of the Greater Norristown Corporation, an organization composed of business leaders committed to the revitalization of Norristown, and board member and solicitor for Tiferet Bet Israel Synagogue.
